5G Deployment Scenarios
Chimney Mounted
Most residential homes have sloped roofs to allow precipitation like rain and snow to slide right off. It's not recommended to mount directly to roofing material for these reasons. A better route is to mount onto a chimney, preferable one constructed of brick. Here's an overview of the items you'll need. (You'll likely need some additional hardware)

Flat Roof Mounted
Most commercial buildings and even some homes have "flat" roofs (they actually have a small slope to help with drainage). Often times the landlord will not allow tenants to drill into the structure so it's best to use a non-invasive method like a Non-Penetrating Roof Mount. It will need to be weight down by cinder blocks or other heavy objects. Here's an overview of the items you'll need. (You'll likely need some additional hardware)
