Refunds
If your order is cancelled within the cancellation period you will receive a full refund*. Parley Labs will not be responsible or refund purchase price for items lost in the mail or when tracking shows that the package has been delivered to address.
*Please Note: When making payments with Cryptocurrency or by ACH (Wire Transfer) you are agreeing to the terms of no order cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer any exchanges or returns on electronics. If you feel you have received a product that is defective please send us an email to support@parleylabs.com with a photo of the product along with a description of the problem within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellations
In Stock Orders: From the time you place your order if you need to cancel your order you have 24 hours to complete this (if your order has not already been processed), after 24 hours or if your order has already been processed for payment and shipment, your order may not be canceled or changed. Parley Labs will not be responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, we will use the address you provide us during checkout, if there is an error in this address Parley Labs will not be liable to refund or replace the product, additional products can be purchased at the buyers expense.
Pre Orders: Estimated delivery times are available based on batch numbers or our pre order dates (miners and antennas) this should help to give you an estimated time of when you will be receiving a shipping confirmation email from us. Parley Labs will not be responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, we will use the address you provide us during checkout, if there is an error in this address Parley Labs will not be liable to refund or replace the product, additional products can be purchased at the buyers expense. We understand that address changes happen and we will do our best to make address changes on all presale orders. However we cannot guarantee address changes will be honored on orders close to shipping dates on preorders. If you do need an address change please arrange to do it early to ensure it gets to the correct address!
