| ANNOUNCEMENTS |
A shipment of 1000 Indoor Miners are currently in transit, this shipment will fulfill order #3736-4233. We are waiting for confirmation for the next allocation of indoor units. Last week we received 1400 outdoor miners. These units fulfill Outdoor Miner Orders #2694–5953. We will continue to process and ship these orders this week.
Orders #29865-31162 will continue to be shipped out this week. November pre-orders units are currently in-transit. We expect to start processing these orders for shipment by the end of this week and have all orders shipped out by the end of next week.
January Pre Orders
This Friday and Saturday we will be having a drop for January Pre-Orders. These orders will have an expected delivery date of early January. This will be a crypto only drop, which has been one way of keeping bots at bay. As always, we are working diligently to procure more miners for our community members and we will continue to do drops as more miners become available.
If you are interested in hotspots for other regions (Europe, Australia, South America etc) please email us at sales@parleylabs.com we will be expanding our offerings and are looking to gauge interest for different regions.

We are here to help grow that network in every way possible; which includes highlighting major events in the Helium community, which have a direct effect on YOU, the community members. This week we would like to highlight The Decentralized Wireless Alliance, also known as the DeWi Committee.
The Decentralized Wireless Alliance is a dedicated team of developers and business owners. This alliance is also known as the DeWi Committee. Their focus is to help develop and manage the open source tech utilized by the Helium Network. They conduct research and development of both products and services.
To help foster innovation the DeWi committee offers a grant program. Both individuals and projects teams are welcome to apply. The grant provides funding, technical support and community resources. The application requirements are as follows:
- Implements or utilizes HNT, including but not limited to blockchain and radio/wireless use cases.
- Timeframe: up to 12 months to Proof of Concept (POC)
- Preferably Open source license (GPL, MIT, CC)
- A Docker container to deliver the POC, as it removes any installation specific dependencies (recommended as applicable)
- Pass standard KYC requirements

Helium is conducting the first on-chain vote! You will be able to vote either for or against a proposed change, HIP 39, which represents a 1,000:1 token redenomination. This will adjust the conversion rate from 10^8 to 10^5 bones per HNT. Be sure to make your vote before November 18th!
