We are waiting on confirmation of our next allocation which will fulfill the remainder of Batch 3 indoor miner orders.
Batch 4 & 5 Blanket Refund Process
We have been working our way through the Blanket Refund Process and reaching out to customers whose order numbers are in queue to purchase an alternative miner(s). As of today we are up to order #7724 in the queue process.
Available Miners: SenseCAP M1’s and Pisces Outdoor Miners! Please note we are currently SOLD OUT of our RAK V2 miners (TBD on future shipments) and have limited quantities of SenseCAP M1 and Pisces miners until our next allocations are received.
Delivery: Orders will be shipped on a FIFO basis of when payment is received. Current delivery estimates are immediate after invoices are paid while supplies last, after we run out of stock, inventory delivery estimates will be 2-3 weeks. We have additional batches scheduled for both February and March as well to keep a consistent level of inventory.
SenseCAP M1 March / April Pre Orders: While we will continue to offer readily available miners to our Blanket Refund Customers in sequential order (based on order numbers) we will be opening up March / April pre orders to all blanket refund customers as well. If you choose this option you will be invoiced for the difference in cost between your original order and your new order.
Please note: Your original Nebra order number(s) will be used to keep your place in line and as a reference to the number of miners you are able to purchase in your new order. Once your new order is processed you will receive a new order number. This will ease complexity, and help to streamline this process.
Great news! Our shipment of SenseCAP M1’s are currently in transit. We expect to receive this shipment by the end of this week. These units will be used to fulfill our January Pre Orders from our previous public sale. We will also set aside an allocation of these miners for our blanket refund process.

SECURE Tool is a modern tool store whose focus is on curating the most innovative, productive and cost effective tools for the new economy. This includes offering various IoT solutions that are powered by the Helium network. Recently they started an initiative that has been gaining momentum throughout their local community in Arizona. As of January 9th, The Wildfire Prevention Network has over 18 participants who have agreed to host Helium Hotspots as part of their early wildfire detection network in Tucson, Arizona. By utilizing Helium Gateways manufactured by Bobcat and Heltec, along with AI powered IoT sensors they are able to detect wildfires within an hour of smoldering, before the flames begin. This is an amazing use case of IoT products and the Helium Network, and we look forward to seeing the progress and growth of this initiative.

Helium is conducting another on-chain vote! You can vote for or against HIP 42, which represents the proposal to regulate the number of witnesses a Hotspot is rewarded for based on the success of beacons. By tying the reward for witnesses of Hotspots to successful beacons, we incentivize healthy network coverage.
